The service

Qalam generates AI-assisted drafts of proposals, contracts, and invoices. You receive a downloadable Word document. The AI model writes based on the fields you submit.

Not legal advice

Generated documents are drafts. They are not a substitute for legal advice from a qualified professional. We do not warrant the legal sufficiency of any generated contract.

Fair-use & prohibited use

• No illegal content. No hate speech, fraud, harassment, or misrepresentation.
• No scraping the LLM through Qalam; per-account rate limits apply.
• Accounts abusing the service may be terminated without refund.

Refund policy

Failed generations auto-refund the credit. Subscriptions are managed by Stripe — cancel anytime; no prorated refunds, but you keep the rest of the current billing period.
